With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, originally from Las Vegas, Blandina has now worked with various theater companies across Williamson County, including Pull-Tight Players where she served as Board Member, Advisor of the Teen Youth Actors Guild, director of several musicals, and is the director of Kids on Stage Summer Academy. Vergara-Cruz also has also directed shows with Rising Star Children’s Theatre Group at the Williamson County Parks and Rec, as well as several shows at Expression City Studio. She is also a local Franklin business owner at Riley's Salon and Dreams Do Come True Princess Parties. When she is not teaching, directing, and running her businesses, she is involved in many community projects such as Ray of Light Foundation and is one of the founders of the Tennessee Kids Arts Festival. Blandina is humbled and excited to be the new Youth Program Director of Elite Studio Works.
